Zumba, Zumba,Zumba!!!

There are some great new Zumba instructors in Caldwell!! Zumba will go on and life is good.

Sorry I abandoned you all....

I will be working Saturday mornings @ 8am at the Caldwell Y. If you would like to come and party with me, I will see you then. Sorry if you feel I have ditched you, but circumstances required me to move to Eagle. I will start working at all 3 YMCA Facilities and will post the Class times when I figure it all out.

Zumba Instructors!!

We are in Need of a few Zumba Instructors. We have a certification coming to the Caldwell YMCA on Sunday, March 22. Please see Candy in the Health and Fitness Office upstairs if you are interested in going. It will be worth every penny!!!

My Classes at the Caldwell YMCA are as follows...

Monday @ 6pm
Tuesday @ 10:30am
Wednesday@ 6pm
Thursday @ 10:30am

Saturday @8:00 am

Sorry I did not come to salsa dance last night. I was so tired and I fell asleep. So sorry. I hope you all had some fun without me. See you with a new song on Monday night at 6pm.

Zumba Valentines...

I just thought I would invite you all to salsa dance on Valentines day!!!!! The knitting Factory opens it's doors and I have free tickets. So, come and get them!!!

Ok all classes in February will be in the main gym...downstairs. Yeah!!! Lots of room. The only thing is the times will change for Tuesday and Thursday. Instead of 9am it will be 10:30am. I am so excited about the change. It will be able to touch more lives in this big space. Hoorah!!

Ok also, Friday at noon we are having a class for recording. The reason we are recording is to make dvd's available to practice at home.... also we can post some really tricky ones on you tube.. If you want to come, but don't want to be on YouTube that is fine.. Just come and have a party with me!!

Saturday is upstairs..

Ok I know that I said we were going to have class Downstairs on Saturday...But this Saturday is Group Power training. We will have class upstairs. It will be fun and I will actually have another new song that you will love!!~
