Saturday is awesome!

I must say I am enjoying our Saturday Class so much!! We have a smaller class and it is easier to see what I am doing and the members do amazing(as well as the instructors that come). I really am having a lot of fun. I know it might be a challenge to get up, but it is worth it!!

A huge thanks to Juan from Columbia!!!

Many of you know that I have an exchange student living in my house... He also has friends that are exchange students... One of these friends is from Columbia and he gave me 50 songs that he likes from Columbia. It will take me a little while to put some choreo to the songs, but I am going to slowly incorporate these songs into our class as well as the others I am working on. So, a BIG THANK YOU goes out to Juan from Columbia!!!!

Just so you know, there will be no casses starting Wednesday night!! Happy Thanks giving!! We will see you Saturday morning at 8 am. Get your dance feet ready!!

Saturday class success!!

Today we had 5 people in class!! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but last week we had none, so 5 is a great number!! Everyone was great, and was able to see, so that is always a plus.

I know that on the weekday classes, it may be getting a little hard to see, because of the amount of people in class. I apologize, and will try my hardest to move around a little in class so that even if you are in the back you can see. Come early and stand by me --if you need a little more cardio. It is easier to follow if you are close.

I will have another workshop when I feel the need, but right now everyone is doing so well. Please let me know if you have questions or comments or anything that may help improve the quality of classes.

Zumba success!!

Everyone is doing so well in class!!! It makes my heart soar to see people having fun. Not to mention getting fit in the process. If it was your first time in class and you don't feel like you are doing well ---don't be discouraged!! It takes a little bit of time to be able to follow a non verbal instructor, but there is a reason for my silence...fun is the reason. It wouldn't be as much fun with me yelling at you all the time. So, buck up and face the challenge!! Bring your friends and have a big party together... at Zumba!!

Just so you are aware..I have Salsa Dancing tickets for free!! This Friday at the Knitting Factory!! Come and pick some tickets up at class or see Giovanni for some. Get a group of dancers together and go party with your new Zumba moves!!!

Saturday Class!!

The Saturday Class is at 8am. I know it is early, but it will get you started on the happy foot!! All the other gyms are full at 9 (which is the time I prefer) with step, cycle and Yoga. So, Come to Zumba, and if you are not too tired and worked, go to another class as well. I am so excited to do Zumba and I am having such a positive experience with all of the people who are taking it, trying it, learning it and having a fun time. Thanks for all the support and encouragement!! I'll see you on Saturday at 8am!!!
